Mixed Media Fine Art
Over the years I have studied mixed media and applied the art form with our photography.
I have always loved the finished image. Each one is so different and has little surprises as I apply the different resins and varnish.
This is usually a Winter project when the wet, cold weather keeps us indoors. However I have been commissioned for a few pieces this year, and this Autumn I am working on some Studio samples to offer for Christmas specials with our sessions.
These are printed on Fine Art Papers I have bought while we are in Europe. Printing also is very beautiful on Canvas. I paint and layer on the surfaces. The process takes a little time, but our art studio has been set up and ready for production all summer. It feels wonderful to be able to start and complete a fine art piece in a reasonable amount of time.
